Over 90 Oregon Air Guard members of the 142nd Fighter Wing, the bulk of the third of three two-week rotations, pose for a photo with a 123rd Fighter Squadron F-15A Eagle during their deployment in support of Operation NORTHERN WATCH in early 1998.
