Service records on former civilian and military members are NOT maintained by the Air National Guard. They are maintained by the National Archives and Records Administrations' National Personnel Records Center. Records request instructions and contact information is listed on their website.

Their participation, however is strictly a personal choice and is not regulated by the Department of Defense. The 142nd Wing environmental program is managed by Roger Rein (e-mail: Roger.Rein@us.af.mil or phone: 503-335-4462). The program is defined by our Environmental Management System. While we control the use, storage, and disposal of our hazardous materials through our Hazmart Pharmacy today, we are restoring the base from contaminants released from the practices of previous decades. A description of these past practice releases can be found in our Feasibility Study. Our decisions on how to proceed at each of these past practice release sites can be found in our Record of Decision. We are currently treating contamined groundwater at 2 sites on base.
