Polar Plunge 2013
Members of the 142nd Fighter Wing, Oregon Air National Guard, take a dip into the Columbia River for the annual Polar Plunge. The Polar Plunge is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support Special Olympics Oregon athletes by jumping, walking or slowly crawling into the frigid and icy Oregon waters.
