Chief of the National Guard Bureau visit

U.S. Air Force Gen. Craig R. McKinley, Chief of the National Guard Bureau visited with Port of Portland officials during a visit to Oregon, Sept. 16. The visit was to show appreciation for 60 years of partnership between the Port of Portland and the Portland Air National Guard, and to attend the dedication ceremony for the 41 Infantry Division Armed Forces Reserve Center at Camp Withycombe, in Clackamas Ore., later in the day.
