70th Anniversary Celebration of the Oregon Air National Guard

Maj. Gen. Raymond F. Rees, The Adjutant General, Oregon, addresses those in attendance at the 70th Anniversary celebration of the Oregon Air National Guard, at the Portland Air National Guard Base, in Portland, Ore., April 15, 2011. The ceremony also included the unveiling of Boeing's new AESA Radar System for Oregon's F-15 Eagle fighter aircraft, and honored the seven surviving members of the 123rd Observation Squadron, the predecessor of the Oregon Air National Guard, in addition to all Oregon Airmen who have served since the unit's inception in April of 1941.
