Polar Plunge
Oregon Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Jarrod Johnson, a member of the 142nd Fighter Wing in Portland, Ore., runs from the Columbia River on the morning of February 12, 2011 during the Super Polar Plunge. The 21 Super Plungers raised 65,000 dollars for Special Olympics of Oregon as they jumped in the water every hour for 24 straight hours.
