Super Polar Plunger
Oregon Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Jarrod Johnson of the 142nd Fighter Wing, holds a sign to illustrate how many more "plunges" to go during his 24 hour attempt to raise money for Special Olympics of Oregon. The 142nd Fighter Wing helped the 21 "super plunger" with tents and heaters so they could jump in the river every hour for 24 straight hours on February 11-12, 2001.
