Enlistment
Oregon Army National Guard Col. Todd Farmer, State Army Aviation Officer, administers the oath of enlistment to his son Joel Farmer as he becomes a member of the Oregon Air National Guard, Portland Air National Guard Base, Ore., Feb. 12, 2014.
