CERFP Training
A medical doctor from the Oregon Air National Guard examines an injured Soldier during the Oregon National Guard's CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Search & Extraction Team and train with personnel from Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue during the CERFP's training exercise at the Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue training facility, Sherwood, Ore., Aug. 14, 2013. The CERFP provides support to local and regional first responders during incidents of man-made and natural emergencies. The training with Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue is part of the ongoing exercise which runs from Aug. 12-16, and is meant to test the unit's ability to assist local and regional first-responders following man-made or natural incidents.
