Pathfinder-Minuteman
Lt. Col. John Graver, commander of the 304th Rescue Squadron in Portland, Ore., uses a cell phone and other communication equipment to help relay instructions to first responders and other participants taking part in the Pathfinder-Minutemen Exercise, Aug. 5, 2015 at Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Ore. The event is a joint multi-agency, multi-state disaster preparedness exercise based on response to a possible Cascadia Subduction Zone event.
