Portland Air National Guard Base activates new alert facility
Oregon Air National Guard Col. Paul T. Fitzgerald, 142nd Fighter Wing commander, addresses attendees at the official ribbon cutting ceremony for a new alert barn at the Portland Air National Guard Base, Ore., July 10.
