Remembering Captain David L. Seitz
Five of the Oregon Air National Guard’s McDonnell F-101B Voodoo fighter-interceptors are seen in this picture taken early in the type’s service in Oregon from 1971 to 1981. Serial number 58-0334 is the fourth aircraft from the left at the lower center of the picture, and was the F-101B flown by Capt David L. Seitz on his fateful flight early on December 20, 1972.
