Staff Sgt. Kyle Mergeler, 142nd Wing religious affairs Airman, is coined by Brig. Gen. Donna Prigmore, Oregon Air National Guard Commander, during a private meeting at the 142nd Wing's Resiliency Center, on November 30th, 2022, at Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, Ore.
