Senior Airman Ben Rabaud, a fighter aircraft integrated avionics technician with the 142nd Wing, works on an F-15C at Korat Royal Thai Air Base, Thailand, September 19, 2023. Rabaud was one of 230 participating U.S. Airmen from the Washington and Oregon Air National Guard involved in Enduring Partners 2023, a two-week National Guard-sponsored State Partnership Program engagement which ran from September 11th through the 23rd.
