The Battle of Midway, June 3 - 7, 1942 is regarded as an “incredible victory” for the United States against the forces of Imperial Japan.  Paired with the outcome of the Battle of the Coral Sea the previous month, these two epic carrier battles stemmed the tide of Imperial Japan’s advances in the
