B-Roll of the Oregon and Hawaii National Guard CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Command and Control and Medical teams conducting operations during Vigilant Guard - Alaska 2014 (VG-AK14). VG-AK14 is a joint exercise between multiple state, federal and National Guard organizations to practice responding to a large scale natural disaster, like the 1964 9.2 magnitude earthquake that struck south central Alaska and the subsequent tsunami.
