Airmen from the 142 Fighter Wing's CERFP unit (which stands for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High-Yield Explosives Enhance Response Force Package) conduct low-angle ropes techniques training. This team specializes in search and extraction. The mission of CERFP, which is specific to the National Guard, is to support civilian disaster relief agencies in the event of a large-scale disaster.
