The 142nd Wing currently has an immediate requirement for multiple lodging venues with the local hotel industry. The venue is to be physically located within a 10-mile radius from the 142nd Wing, 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd, Portland, OR 97218. The Government will use the website at https://www.google.com/maps to determine the distance of the lodging facility to the 142nd Wing. The “Start” position must be the 142nd Wing and the lodging facility’s address will be used as the “End” position. The shortest distance as calculated by this tool will be used. The lodging room rentals offered must meet applicable Department of Defense lodging adequacy standards (or better) as outlined at the Defense Travel Management Office, Commercial Lodging Website at https://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/site/lodging.cfm.
The following constitutes the Solicitation notice for the Full and Open opportunity with geographic restrictions in association with presolicitation notice (W50S8Y-22-Q-5000) posted on SAM.gov, Oct 27, 2021.
