You will need to bring the following items to your passport appointment located in building 170:

- Renewal Passport
- Passport (expired within the past 5 years) and a photocopy
- DTS Orders (DD 1610 approved by Finance with the travel number on the bottom right-hand corner), an approved Memorandum in Lieu of Orders (MILO), or PCS orders
- 2 Passport Photos (must follow photo guidelines, recent within 6 months)
- Military ID and a photocopy (or License and a photocopy for dependent)
- Unsigned DS-82 (print one-sided)

- Initial Passport
- Original Birth Certificate or other proof of US citizenship and a photocopy
- DTS Orders (DD 1610 approved by Finance), an approved Memorandum in Lieu of Orders (MILO), or PCS orders
- 2 Passport Photos (must follow photo guidelines, recent within 6 months)
- Military ID and a photocopy (or License and a photocopy for dependent)
- Unsigned DS-11 (print one-sided)
